Reservations, Guidelines, Rules & regulations
Thank you for considering Cote Nord Tremblant for your next vacation rental.

If you require additional assistance choosing an accommodation, please INQUIRE HERE and share your specific needs. We will reach out to discuss available options and guide you through the process.
A 2-night minimum is required for reservations with the exception during the Christmas and New Year period which requires a 5-night minimum.
There are pet-friendly options. Prior to reserving, kindly provide your pet-friendly request including the details about your pet, including its kind, age, and size. We will provide authorization if approved. A Pet Surcharge ($50/pet/per day to a maximum of 2 pets) and adherence to our Pet Waiver will also be required.
Arrival:
Approximately 1 week before your stay, an email confirmation will be sent with arrival instructions to your group. This will include driving instructions and lock box codes.
Departure:
The day before you leave, you’ll receive departure instructions, which include a reminder of the check-out procedure which includes:
- Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it before you leave.
- Put all indoor and outdoor furniture back where it was when you arrived.
- Make sure all lights are turned off, and windows and doors are locked. And turn down the thermostats to 16C
- Please follow the details instructions at the chalet or Spahaus for handling garbage and locking up, as well as where to leave the key.
Other than these tasks, we kindly request that you leave your accommodations as when you arrived. Our Housekeeping team will take care of a deep clean after you leave to ensure the property is thoroughly clean.
Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 11 am.
A limited number of early check-ins and/or late check-outs are available provided that there are no guests arriving upon your departure or leaving prior to your arrival. Requests must be submitted in writing and approved prior to your arrival. However, we cannot guarantee the early check-in or late check-out request will be granted until just a few days prior to your arrival date.
The following are some of the items included for all reservations:
- Bed linens and towels (bath and beach towel for each guest)
- Hairdryer
- Laundry soap starter kit
- Dishwasher & dishwashing soap
- Dish towels, cloths and sponge, garbage bags
- Hand soap
- Toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels
- Paper filters for regular coffee maker
- Salt & Pepper
- Small appliances: toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric kettle
- Technology: Flat-screen TV that includes Netflix and satellite, Bluetooth speaker, internet
- Firewood – a starter kit for properties with wood burning fireplaces (October-May)
- BBQ with BBQ utensils (please note BBQ available from May-October)
- Outdoor patio (available from May-October)
Business travelers, family groups, and responsible adults older than 25 years of age are welcome at Cote Nord Tremblant; we do not accept adults who rent properties on behalf of underage guests.
- Absolutely no parties are permitted, loud music and excessive noises will not be tolerated and are strictly forbidden.
- Quiet time bylaw is from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. everyday – no outdoor noise or music permitted after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.
- All properties are 100% non-smoking.
- Pets must be authorized prior to reserving by Cote Nord Tremblant
- Check-in 4PM – Check-out 11AM
- Deposit or full payment and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 2 days of making the reservation.
50% deposit is requested within 48 hours of booking and the other 50% (OR full payment) is to be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date.
For properties with 3 bedrooms or less, a pre-authorization of $750 will be taken on your credit card within 24 hours prior to your arrival as a security deposit.
For properties with 4 bedrooms and more, a pre-authorization of $1500 will be taken on your credit card within 24 hours prior to your arrival as a security deposit.
The pre-authorization amount will be released within 3-5 business days following your departure if the rental agreement has been respected.
Cancellation – Stay is refundable up until 14 days prior to your arrival, minus an administration fee of $25. Please refer to the fee applied to your reservation, seen in the rental policies.

Cote Nord Tremblant is located on the North side of Mont Tremblant in Lac-Superieur, approximately 25 minutes from Mont Tremblant’s Village and 20 minutes from Mont Tremblant’s city center.
Trudeau International airport (Montreal) is approximately 1 ½ hours from Cote Nord Tremblant. Mont Tremblant’s International Airport is located in Macaza, approximately 45 minutes away.
Mont Tremblant’s Pedestrian Village is a 25-minute car drive. Cote Nord Tremblant is located on the north side ski hills of Mont Tremblant, approximately 6 kilometers away.
Mont Tremblant’s city center (formerly known as St-Jovite) is a 20-minute car drive.
The north side ski hills of Mont Tremblant are 6 kilometres away from Cote Nord Tremblant. Parking on the north side ski hills is free and provided you have already purchased your lift ticket; you can proceed directly to the chair lifts.
The National Park of Mont Tremblant is located 10 kilometers from Cote Nord Tremblant. Please note that there are applicable park entry fees.
Yes, all of the amenities at Cote Nord Tremblant are shared among the community. This includes the pool, tennis and beach area. Where is the beach access?
The shared beach access is located at the entry to the community. There is a designated parking area provided for guests.
The closest market is L’Étalage marché gourmand approximately 5 minutes from Cote Nord Tremblant. For larger groceries, Marche Tradition in Mont Blanc is approximately 10 minutes by car.
Alternative options for grocery stores are located in Mont Tremblant’s city center on AutoRoute 117 (north). This includes IGA extra, Maxi, Super C and Metro grocery stores.
The closest restaurant is Bistro Le Loch approximately 5 minutes form the chalets and Spahaus. There are also several restaurant options located at Mont Tremblant’s Village and city center, approximately 20 minutes away by car.
Chalets / SpaHaus FAQs
To open the door handle, unlock and turn the handle down. To lock the door handle, hold handle upward (and keep the handle help up) while turning the turning the lock toward the doorframe.
Yes, the well water is drinkable.
There is air-conditioning in some of the chalets and Spahaus; however, please inquire for availability. Table top or standing fans are provided.
The chalet is fully equipped with sheets, towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a propane BBQ available as well.
Yes, Wi-Fi and satellite are included in the rental of your chalet.
Yes, private parking is provided for each chalet and Spahaus.
Outdoor open-air fires are not permitted on the premises on the grounds of the chalet. According to community by-laws, under no circumstances are fireworks permitted. If fireworks are used there will be automatic fines of $250.
